Visualising Exercise
I find it helpful in keeping my energy positive by keeping my direction in my true North - and meditating with my own Future You. Future You is an exercise you can do regularly. Keep your pen and journal handy for writing afterwards.
Breathe gently. Relax. Stand if possible holding the back of a chair to steady yourself. Or sit. Shake your shoulders and stretch a little. Be still and breathe gently. Listen to the full audio/video below. May this meditation inspire and encourage you.
