Language or locations may prevent purchases or accessing services.
CLASS, PROGRAM, WORKSHOP, COURSE

Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the commencement of a class, program or course. In the case of genuine mistakes in enrolment, notice within 24 hours of enrolling will be refunded minus an administration fee of AUD$10.

In the event that a class, program or course is cancelled by us due to minimum enrolment numbers not being reached, or if payment is received when the class is already full, a full refund will be issued.

Credits: No credits are issued for missed classes. In the case of serious medical circumstances please contact Karen direct.

Your personal contact details are kept to a minimum and will be used solely for providing services and products to you and will not be passed on to any other sources except in rare circumstances are required by law.

However no responsibility is taken for information that you give to payment providers to purchase the services or products.
PRODUCTS

We do not mass produce products.

We are proud of the products we have lovingly created both digital and as products produced individually or in small numbers.

Due to their individual nature, no refunds are applicable for digital or printed on demand products. No refunds are applicable for commissioned art in any form.

However, if there is a problem with damage in delivery of a printed product please contact us to arrange a solution, replacement or refund.
COACHING/THERAPY
No guarantees of outcomes nor refunds are applicable for coaching/therapy as the individual results vary from client to client. However, what is shared is private and confidential except in the case of law or if there is cause to believe that someone is in danger. Any referrals or notes cannot be passed to any other practitioner without the express authorisation of the client as your privacy is important to us.
If a session is cancelled by the client other than for genuine illness within 24 hours of session, or session is a no-show, then the full session fee is applicable.

We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us via the unsubscribe link or contact form or email.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information. We do not collect that type of information for the services or products provided here.
However, some sensitive information may be provided to us when a client engages in private therapy/counsel and any sensitive information will be used by us only:

NOTE: We do NOT keep details of credit cards or accounts. You provide those details only to the chosen third party payment provider such as PayPal or Stripe or similar when making a payment.

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties in order to provide the services and products to you. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.
