Helping your child to heal from loss or grief, to feel resilient and transform their hurts and emotions into something better to support themselves.Children are naturally connected to the spiritual world and want their inner light/spirit to shine.
Online courses
Courses vary from self directed to hybrid with live workshops online.

My Focus
Empathy forms the cornerstone of my gentle, therapeutic approach. I offer a nurturing, confidential and empathetic environment where women and children can feel heard, validated, and supported throughout their healing journey to allow their inner light to shine.
My focus is on healing of the inner spirit.
This means gentle inner reflection and spiritual work for inner healing.
In all that I do, I try to help facilitate the connection between worlds in order to offer hope, insight, support and self growth.
I help my clients to connect with their inner worlds and their own connection to the Divine/God as they know it, in order to support inner healing and self growth and self empowerment.
A favourite mantra is 'Peace begins with me'. We begin with ourselves in order to find peace within.
