It is important to have the right fit for inner work.

Not everyone is suited to this type of work.
However, you will know if your heart is longing for healing and understanding and that you are willing to do the deep self reflection that your soul requires to help you heal from the inside.

Sessions are irregular as the soul needs time to integrate.

IMPORTANT: As I am semi-retired, I have limited individual heart-centred sessions for inner healing and personal growth, available by application. I work with women who feel called to work with me. I also work with children 7 to teens to address emotional problems such as changes in their lives, fears, nightmares and so on. Creative therapies require no experience nor talent or skills. It's the process not the product.

What services do you provide?

The Heart of Us offers individual sessions for personal growth, using various therapies including Art Therapy, Sandplay Therapy, Visualisation and more. Women and children only. For overall well-being and/or inner spiritual healing.

Apply to work with me

My clients are on a personal growth journey and contact me occasionally.
You can APPLY to work with me via the contact form to arrange a convenient time for your session by Zoom or at the studio.

Do you provide NDIS
or Medicare Rebates?

No - this is a private service and sessions are limited. I do not provide weekly nor clinical sessions. My focus is on inner healing.

What to Expect in a Session

During a session at The Heart of Us, you can expect a nurturing and confidential environment where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings. We work with what your soul presents on the day, which is what wants to be known to help you heal inner pain and foster personal growth. I am trauma informed, but I do not ask you to re-live trauma - we deal with memories of hurts as they come and only when it is pertinent to the session for your inner healing and personal growth.
