TURN ANXIETY INTO YOUR SUPERPOWER

Anxiety is a symptom - a very real and valid one.
Recognising anxiety is the first step. And not beating yourself up about it.

Did you know that most people experience anxiety in some form even though they don't say it?

Even I do. And, I must admit, I may be a much older person, but it is good to remember that we can learn to manage our anxiety, no matter our age.

Anxiety often begins from something seemingly simple.
Many creative and empathic souls are sensitive to harsh words or environs, situations and media.

I am going to write some more thoughts on this and some ways to begin thinking about anxiety very soon. So please return to this page soon.

Anxiety does NOT make you a bad person. Anxiety does NOT make you stupid or anything else like that.

The first affirmation we can begin with is acceptance of having anxiety.

'I have anxiety responses and that is ok. It does not change the essence of me. I am finding a way through.'

You are so much more than you imagine!

More soon,

Kindest,

Karen
