Journey of the Soul
A quiet wonder offering for inner alchemy

Inner alchemy is a creative process of inner transformation, using reflection, imagery, and soul journeying to support insight, healing, and a sense of belonging.

In this chapter of my life, my work has evolved into something older and quieter. Journey of the Soul is a deeply reflective offering, inviting presence, inner listening, and a gentle remembering of what lives within.
My shamanic inner journeying work has grown beyond formal training into what I call a Journey of the Soul - an inner alchemy or gentle inward pilgrimage into one’s own inner landscape. This way of working is inspired by ancient traditions and by the writings and poetry of John O’Donohue, whose words have long illuminated the mystery and beauty of the inner world.
John often wrote of journeying as a deep, compassionate engagement with one’s inner life, drawing on Celtic wisdom and the idea of the soul’s landscape. He described the journey of the soul as an inward movement toward what he called the temple of memory - a place where wounds, mistakes, and forgotten parts of ourselves may be met with tenderness, forgiveness, and belonging.
This understanding closely reflects how I hold and engage with inner journeying.
Inner journeying is inner alchemy
I describe this work as inner alchemy, because there is so much wonder within the soul’s inner terrain. When we turn inward with curiosity rather than force, something softens. A remembering begins. A sense of coming home to oneself can emerge - and with it, a quiet awakening of creativity and meaning.
In these online sessions, I am not the one who speaks to another’s soul.
I simply hold the container - a calm, grounded, and respectful space - where a person feels safe enough to meet their own inner world.
As the drum beats gently, the inner landscape becomes vivid and real. Images, memories, sensations, and insights may arise in their own way and timing. Each journey is unique, guided by the individual’s inner wisdom rather than interpretation or direction from me.
This is imagination and creativity at their most alive - not as fantasy, but as a profound inner resource. It can often become a restoration or reclamation of the soul - experienced quietly, inwardly, and in one’s own way.
The journey often continues outward, subtly influencing how a person creates, reflects, and lives, long after the session itself.
This work is offered occasionally, and to those who feel genuinely called to it. Or in online programs.
